MICHELIN Tires

I've been using the CC2s here in NE Wisconsin for the past 3 (rav4 Prime) and now 4th winter (RX 4450h+). While they won't provide nearly the same level of ice traction as a fully dedicated winter tire, the snow and ice traction is best available for any non-winter tire on the market today. The level of grip in snow, even deep snow is amazing!

Pros: amazing grip in snow
Cons: less ice traction
Vehicle: Toyota

OEM Toyota Fuel filter

I have recently changed out the fuel filter (WHICH HAD HELLA DUST in it) and upon checking the fuel pump, I noticed that bih had no strainer on it. Fuel tank was clean so I just changed the pump and added a strainer. The car runs beautifully now.

Pros: car runs beautifully
Vehicle: Toyota Tercel

Falken Tires

I’ve enjoyed mine as well, and I’m about due for a new set.

But, just tossing this out there, I found they aren’t as grabby in soft sand or wet snow as I would have liked (conditions I find myself in).

They’re hyped up, and I liked mine, but don’t plan on getting them again.

Pros: enjoyed them
Cons: not grabby in soft sand, not grabby in wet snow, won't buy again
Vehicle: Toyota

BRIDGESTONE Tires
01lexpl
  • Grip:
  • Ride comfort:
Rating 2.0

Those tires are mediocre to begin with, Toyota owners have complained about those bridgestones for over a decade now. The 2015+ Camry had those equipped, many reported shitty wear. It's a basic tire that's made for a smoother ride but definitely not made for longevity.

Pros: smoother ride
Cons: mediocre, shitty wear, low longevity
