Then, I bought ATE rotors and kept OE pads. ATE resolved problems; there was no vibrating for 22,000 miles so far!

I installed the same Quantum pump into my 90 G60, Only thing I had to was adjust the angle on the arm the sender gauge is on. The piece that drops down had a slight angle and with the pump locked in place it was pulling the top of the pump over to the left. I used a heat gun to soften it slightly so I could push the whole area over slightl. My tank was full and its currently reading correctly, We will see as the level drops if the gauge continues to read correct.
I went with: Brembo rotors all around 288mm front and 232mm rear Tyrol Sport Front Brake Stiffening kit DFC track pads(similar to Hawk HP) I still need to do SS lines and a fluid change, but my car stops very well for street driving. I will be swapping my pads for Hawk Performance Ceramic's though only due to brake dust.
I've used liquid molly for years now, and it's the oil in my 23 GTI right now.
After that, you can run generally whatever universal coolant you'd like. I do a universal Prestone and have no cooling problems. I live at the beach and drive my stage 2 Jetta 2.5L pretty hard.
I’m running them on stage 3 with no issues APR Z1003100 APR Iridium Pro Spark Plugs - 14x26.5x16mm - Heat Range 9
I've had APR coils for over 50k now. No issues at all. Done 3 track days on the coils, and 2 on both the coils and plugs. Been stage 2 for over 30k now.
I have had the best luck w/ Michelin Pilot Sports or Super sports. I have had several sets of the Continental Sport Contacts on different cars including the Golf R and they seem to wear out early with noise and balance problems sooner than I would expect. I have never had a set last more than 20K miles before the tread was gone and/or they start having noise/balance issues. They are GREAT tires up until that point, but they don't last anywhere near their published treadlife rating.
Rock Auto had Monroe shocks & struts for $12 & $8/ea for it, so I bought new. Turns out that's what came out of the car and his weren't too bad but let's face it, they're garbage.
2012 Jetta GLI - 94K miles (I bought at 50K). Two water pumps, one heater core, and carbonized valves. Not my best experience.
