2022 Luxury edition Plugin hybrid. 100k kms no issues at all. Only the regular maintenance. Changed the windshield a couple of times due to small rocks thrown by the other cars.
I had my ND windshield replaced back in 2019 and they brought a genuine Mazda replacement. Not sure why, as the installer said it was unusual to use OEM. It is an involved process due to all the sensor reconfiguration required. I am not aware of an improved windshield replacement, but FWIW my replacement has been fine since 2019.
Best $250 I ever spent on my NA Miata bought in Nevada was a new windshield; makes the convertible experience so much better. Otherwise you can see perfectly in every direction except the one you’re headed toward! Highly recommend.
I will say my chilliest experience last January in the mountains of CO at night tested the defrosting ability of the windshield. I wish it had some extra heater wires because we had to rely on the heated air which made for a very toasty experience inside the car.
First impressions though is the HUD is massively different even with OEM. The position is off, and currently I am maxing the height of the HUD and the corrective tilt to get it to appear not blurred. Really strange. Will definitely be calling them back to take a look.
I did confirm the glass is OEM though, and I can see the HUD endorsement next to the Hyundai logo. Really hope this is an easy fix because the HUD right now is not good.

My CX50 windshield cracked in June, started out a few inches at the top of my windshield but past the point of fixing. In those few months it completely spread to the bottom of the windshield.
I had this happen on my Ioniq 5 TWICE! The QC from the factory on these windshields is a joke.
I had this with my 20 palisade: if you do not replace with an OEM windshield, your image will have ghosting in the display.
This is indeed a HYUNDAI manufacture defect. I’ve seen multiple other 2024 santa fe owners with the exact same crack in the exact same spot. My wife just bought her 2024 3 months ago and today we have the exact same crack you have here.
