2022 Luxury edition Plugin hybrid. 100k kms no issues at all. Only the regular maintenance. Changed the windshield a couple of times due to small rocks thrown by the other cars.

Pros: regular maintenance only
Cons: windshield replacement

KIA/Hyndai windshields are hot garbage. You should try to add glass coverage on your insurance. I have a $50 deductible on mine and safelite replaced it with an aftermarket windshield that won’t crack. Plus my HUD still works on my SX Prestige

First impressions though is the HUD is massively different even with OEM. The position is off, and currently I am maxing the height of the HUD and the corrective tilt to get it to appear not blurred. Really strange. Will definitely be calling them back to take a look.

I did confirm the glass is OEM though, and I can see the HUD endorsement next to the Hyundai logo. Really hope this is an easy fix because the HUD right now is not good.

I had this with my 20 palisade: if you do not replace with an OEM windshield, your image will have ghosting in the display.

This is indeed a HYUNDAI manufacture defect. I’ve seen multiple other 2024 santa fe owners with the exact same crack in the exact same spot. My wife just bought her 2024 3 months ago and today we have the exact same crack you have here.

Cons: manufacture defect, cracks easily

I have a 2021 Hyundai venue and on two occasions now my windshield has spontaneously cracked while parked in my driveway from the lower corners of the windshield and both are going halfway across the windshield spontaneously sitting in my driveway in California I've never had this happen in any other car I've ever owned.

Cons: spontaneous cracking, cracks spread
