The Valeo kit is a good one. I believe they are an OEM supplier.
Can vouch for the Valeo Kit just installed mine last month.
I have the Valeo hd kit on my 3.8 and it’s nice.
The Valeo clutch kit is absolute garbage. It will make the car rattle and vibrate like crazy. Get a FX250 Kevlar clutch with a steel single mass flywheel from clutch masters. A lot less noise, lasts a lot longer.
Your clutch only lasted 2.5 years?Either you have poor driving habits or maybe you need to buy a better clutch kit
I would recommend returning the FX250 clutch and getting the Valeo HD clutch kit. It wont rattle like the single mass aftermarket clutches, it holds more power than the stock clutch.
I got the Valeo kit for my 325i, feels great. A little chatter on idle but not noticable when driving.
Enjoy the new trans rattle for the life of the clutch, after I got mine , I really wished i would have went OEM, do research on the specific kit you choose and specifically search trans rattle or clutch rattle, find a quiet one if you can.
Valeo HD unless you love to hear constant annoying rattling.
I recently got and installed the Valeo hd clutch kit. So far it’s been awesome, it feels just like stock and it even doesn’t make that common ticking noise that comes with aftermarket clutches.
