Reviews of AISIN clutch kit

I had bad luck with the luk kit, throw out bearing seized and I had to pull the trans back out a week later, I was disappointed as luk has was served me well in the past Went with an aisin kit from Lce and it works great

I got the Aisin kit from YotaShop and it was affordable and drives great

I actually put an Aisin 5VZ clutch kit and flywheel in and its a much heavier feel, which has been nice for the trails. I highly recommend doing the shifter bushing while you are at it as well.

At this point the entire clutch kit gets warrantied and replaced with and Aisin kit. I drive it around 200 miles. The noise is still there, but now there's also a higher pitched metal on metal ring/chatter and the original ratchety sound is less frequent. The pedal still feels like absolute shit. There's still a clack.

I did the oem supra clutch swap. It switches the flywheel to a solid non turbo 92-95 generation and a spring clutch disc. I used a factory flywheel and an aisin kit from a Supra. It will rev much quicker and all the parts will cost half of the stock flywheel alone.
