But lately I've been going with the Nokian Hackapillita's for extra grip in the snow. The Nokians wear better in back road snow drifts.

I am really wanting to try out the nitto Nt 05 I am in the process of replacing the stock tire for the first time but those tires would not last me a month if I was to daily them. so I am going with the Nitto invo seem like a good tire not being able to go with any I used when I was driving my beetle.
Front rotors are Stoptech slotted with Hawk HT10 pads ~90% life. Rear rotors and pads are OEM quality with ~75% life.
Tomorrow I will install a set of Philips 12834UNIX2 X-tremeVision LED Fog Light bulbs. Those are not junk and have a resistor already built in. I have those on my Accord and love them! They are only for fog light application and should match the LED Headlights.
Continental ExtremeContact Sport, 225/40/18
These are the tires this car should have come with from the factory. They are smoother, quieter, and (obviously) grippier than the OEM A/S tires in dry and wet conditions.
Tires Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ 225/45ZR17 94/y.
Fairly quiet tires, grip is good, and they've never left me wanting.
I'm running 225/40R18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires on my stock 18" Laguna wheels on my Mk6.
NVH is similar to the stock tires, but they have way more grip.
Just had my done, no calibration needed (OEM glass)
Pirelli P7 here. 13k miles on them so far. Still baffles me that VW would put a grand touring tire on the GTI but honestly somehow it works. They aren't bad, not great. In terms of comfort and road noise I think they are great, but are mediocre when it comes to handling.
If it has a Fram oil filter on it (filter is located below the coolant expansion tank) then walk away.
