I put Stop Techs on my previous Mazda and they were far superior in performance and longevity.

I can recommend ExtremeContact™ DWS06 Plus . The stock falken are not even sedan tires and actually added from cx 5. I have noticed improved braking distance, no wheel spin due to low end torque, sharper cornering and better tracking, much improved grip in 1-3’’ snow and overall winter driving experience.
2020 gtr I threw on Pirelli P zero A/s+ a week after buying the car, they’ve been working great. No complaints and driving spiritedly is a lot more controlled
I put Goodyear Exhilarates on my 6 and they were awesome. Extremely good traction in the rain. Never really used them in winter weather, but they were phenomenal wet or dry.
Go with BF Goodrich Comp-2's. I've had a set for over 4 years and over 50K miles. They are nearing the end of their life but still very sticky even in the wet.
Recently got Michelin Pilot Sport all seasons. I gotta say, I have been super impressed with the extra confidence the tires have given me. They are a little quieter than the OEM yokos, but from what I understand the Yokos were horrible with noise
I had these installed on my 2016 GT last April:
Continental Extreme Contact DWS06
I don’t do much driving anymore (COVID work from home plus I drive my Miata when the weather is good) but over approx 10k miles I’ve been perfectly happy with them.
I used the Exedy OE clutch kit like many do. It turns out that Exedy only makes the clutch disc and pressure plate. The bearings are sourced from China, and I've found a few people that have had them fail very quickly (sometimes within weeks). I ended up ordering and using SKF bearings for both.
I've had my cx-30 for a little over 6 months. The tires are mediocre at best. I haven't been in the snow yet, but they aren't that good in the rain. They seem to be a good fair weather tire and that's about it.
Had them on a Mazda3. Developed pulsation within 3 months.
