Falken Wildpeaks A/T3W. They are great in rain, mud, snow, and are not loud on the highway. A bit pricey though, about $220 per tire.

That was the same response when I bought my first XJ oil filter. Coming from VR6 maintenance, it felt like it was free. I think it was like $3 vs $25 for the OEM VW Mann one.
Best quality off the shelf you can buy, I think, are Akebono rotors.
The Blizzaks are excellent on a heavier SUV (my old shitbox Wrangler) and served me very well last winter going between the mainland and Cape Breton
Wix fuel filters from rock auto are a great alternative and a fraction of the cost. I’ve been using them for about 5 years on the same model JGC
I had bought a TYC starter for my 99 Jeep works fantastic, yeah they’re new and they made in China
I bought an even cheaper one for $99 on amazon, it’s a Delphi which is a well know brand in the GM world. So far it hasn’t failed me.
I ran a set for 45k kilometres on my TJ with suspension aligned nicely and liked them. Hard tyre, so wet grip when cold is below average.
The only thing that has happened is, the batteries all halfway died and it turns out that is a very expensive problem with GM batteries so don’t let your vehicle sit for many months and so far you won’t have any problems.
My wife had a yj wrangler years ago and the brakes would catch fire while driving around town.
