Since it was replaced I'm at 5600 miles and no issues.

Got my car fixed today! Steering feels very tight now. Maybe a little too tight. I tested it out there at the dealership parking lot and though it doesn’t make that creaking noise anymore, if I turn it to max either way, it sounds like a low scraping noise. Maybe just needs a bit of movement to loosen up? Responds well though. Otherwise, driving feels good. Feels like I have it on Sport mode with how stiff the steering wheel feels. They did a wheel alignment with it and the job took roughly 4-5hrs. I tried LKAS on the highway and it felt good. Wasn’t ping ponging all dramatically like it was. Letting go of the steering wheel for a couple seconds on a straight felt good. No subtle shift to the left like it did. Otherwise, just moving the steering wheel doesn’t make any creaks so that’s a plus. Glad it got done.
I put a GPD AC compressor from Rock Auto in my Civic a couple years ago and it's still going strong. You will need to buy or borrow a vacuum pump and a AC manifold to evacuate the air and then fill the system afterwards.
My son bought some they looked immaculate. We compared the OEM housing to the TYC and it looked like TYC bought the molds or the engineering drawings as everything was identical, down to seam lines.
Get the Denso from Rockauto, or NAPA should carry them local to you. It's a total PITA to get to, I don't care what kind of warranty autozone provides because it's not paying for my time.
The weather techs are worth it if you plan on keeping it for a few years.
It was a 10 piece kit and ended up being about $195 after tax and took about 3-4 days for shipping from Japan. It was one the most common kits you see with the Mitsuboshi timing belt. No complaints, worked out great, good price for the amount of parts it contains, and everything seems to be quality Japanese aftermarket parts.
The OEM glass is nothing special to begin with. I noticed waves and/or imperfections with just about ALL the CRV's when I bought mine (23)...mine included.
My 2020 Accord 1.5t has 80K miles and already had to do valve cover gasket and now head gasket is blown. Then there’s also the issue of the front radar sensor that is constantly getting stolen because some genius at Honda decided to put this $700 part in the front of the car with nothing protecting it; looks like Honda just decided to give absolutely no f*cks when building this masterpiece. Oops almost forgot, had to replace the full head unit for the radio because it just decided to stop working at 50K miles.
I have a 2016 civic, got it in 2019 with 35k miles. Didn’t notice any issues until a couple years ago. I have about 80k miles now. The sticky steering has slowly gotten worse, and is worse with warmer weather. I think it is partly electrical. 2 years ago my car battery died and I replaced it, then all of a sudden the sticky steering immediately improved. And I realized that my wheel was actually sticky before. I wasn’t sure if I had imagined that my steering was off until I replaced the battery and it became so smooth. Well that didn’t last. It has since gotten worse again. It is a constant battle when I am driving and I fear people think I’m drunk because I’m constantly having to adjust to keep the car as straight as I can. And it’s scary when I turn on a slow speed and have to accelerate onto the interstate. I feel like it tries to go a different way.
