Best Engine oil for Honda Accord

I put used vegetable oil in my Honda Accord 7k intervals has 380,000 miles on it

Honda has their own which you can get from any Honda dealership (oil is blended by Idemitsu Pakistan). This is the cheapest, but still good quality and great value for money.

I used the mobil synth high mileage 5w-30 for years in a 2001 accord lx 4cyl with 200k thru 274k miles when i sold it. Changed it about every 4k

I have been using 5w-20 for more than 3 years on my Accord 2004 (330K) and 2003 (230K). I have no issues with both and the engines runs the same as before using other oils like Castrol Magnatec.

23 hybrid accord, the dealership recommended 15k miles

I got my 93 Accord up to 333,000 miles changing oil at 7500 miles, using the cheap synthetic blend Walmart crap, and engine failure isn't what killed the car. When I pulled the head at 250,000 miles to do a head gasket, the cylinders still had the cross hatching from the factory hone so I'm gonna say 7500 miles was plenty often enough. Changing oil more often than required is nothing but wasting money and buys you nothing in terms of reliability or longevity.

2013 Accord V6... I change it every 7500 with full synthetic. Anyone changing before 5k is wasting their money.

I do mine every 7k. 240k on my 2010 honda accord no issues. And 190 2016 honda accord no issues. And the 2016 has the weak oil rings.

I do mine every 5k on my 2010 Honda Accord 2.4L with synthetic oil. Engine oil is much cheaper than an entire engine.

Less than a week ago, we did an oil change and used Repsol 0W-20 full synthetic oil. However, a trusted mechanic advised me to switch to 5W-20 or even 5W-30, suggesting that, considering my car is a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T with 160,000 miles, it might be better for engine wear and longevity.
