Continental Tires

I’ve had both Blizzaks and Continental Vikingcontact on our vans. Both have been great. The Continentals are a little quieter on bare pavement, which is why I got them.

Pros: Both have been great
Cons: slip more from stop

OEM Honda Ball joint boot

Some anti boot comments in here but in my experience as a Honda tech for almost 30 years never had any issues replacing ball joint boots as long as there is no play in joint.

Pros: no issues replacing boots

OEM Honda Engine radiator
TheeNeilski
  • Overheating:
Rating 4.0

In my 3.5 years I have replaced radiator (likely from an idiotic coolant flush, not a standard problem), IAC valve, blower moter resistor, PWS hoses, starter, and replaced rotors/calipers/pads.

Pros: parts easily sourced
Vehicle: Honda Odyssey

OEM Honda Air filter

173K is nothing for an Odyssey, provided it has had at least minimal maintenance. This means oil changes, transmission fluid changes, timing belt (including water pump) and air filters.

Pros: great cars, powerful engine
Vehicle: Honda Odyssey
Mileage: 173000 km
