I have the greens - love them. Almost no brake dust and good performance (haven't had any track time with them though).

Having driven my 2001 in both modes as well, I would say the top-end gains are where I felt a change, but even then, we're not talking 5-car-lengths in races here, folks. That being said, my K04 works nicely and the torque feels a bit more broad and I am enjoying it.

I'll get the Mintex (less dust, I'm glad I'll soon dump those messy rear brake pads )

I'm almost positive that the standard Mk4 Bilstein sports will work fine... They are perfect for the drop you get with H&R springs so it seems they be a perfect swap out with the 337's 1" inch drop.

I use bosch filter and Motul 6100 5w40 (synthetic) and I am very happy!

I am running EBC Greenstuff, with almost no dust compared to stock pads.

EBC Green stuff all the way baby. Anyway, they are great, no dust unless you leave your car unwashed for 3 months.

Mintex Redbox pads are less dusty than most. Many people here prefer them.

We also had a K&N filter in the car and the Mass Air Flow sensor failed about 14,000 miles later. The dealer did replace the MAF under warranty and did not suggest the failure was caused by the K&N.

They chewed up my stock front rotors. But they needed to be changed anyway.
