I'm still using the factory rotors as they calipered just fine within spec at 132k. I just put on some standard Bendix ceramic for under $20. Didn't even turn my rotors because they were smooth as glass as I live in the south. Made sure to service the slide pins of course. As far as durability, you just can't beat the factory rotors so if they are still within spec, I see no reason to replace.

Basically they feel factory new with a nice progressive pedal dynamic.

Pros: long lasting, smooth
Mileage: 132000 km

Hawk Performance Brake pads

Blank rotors and Hawk HPS 5.0 pads. I’ve been running them for almost a decade, and I’m always surprised at how long they last and how little dust they make for how aggressive as they are.

Pros: long lasting, low dust

EBC green stuff with EBC sport rotors if I remember correctly. They were easy to install and they've been great for about 5 years now.

Pros: easy install, great

I’m running nicer blank rotors with EBC yellowstuff pads currently. It’s super nice when they’re all warmed up, but they are a bit dusty

Pros: nice when warm
Cons: dusty

OEM Nissan Brake pads

Brake inspection during the tire rotation, replace as needed (haven't needed to yet thanks to regenerative braking - I'm at 62k and I think I have OEM brakes).

Pros: regenerative braking
Vehicle: Nissan
Mileage: 100000 km

EBC Brake pads

I call complete bull shit with oem break pads they are trash iv gone Thu!! the red yellow stuff pads yellow is okay… with rotors solid and drilled …… I’m saying this after owning 2 wrx,s and a shit ton of break issues for the best stopping ability and aggressive driving get slotted rotors EBC the best stoping is with out a doubt is the blue stuff pads and a set of Michelin s sport tires the only thing is you will need to do is drain you dot 3 brake fluid and use dot 4 because liquid moly it’s much higher temp boiling point because I do some serious canyon driving and boi do they get hot !!! At night my buddies have told me my rotors are glowing but non of them can stop like me!!! I’m telling you the best part is the break in is quick af and less rotor wear but down side is they get hot oh and get copper seal savers for the bleeers I have yet to set off my ABS from a 90 mph to complete stop slamming on my brakes

I’ll end this on saying absolutely worth the money.

Pros: great stopping power, quick break in
Cons: gets hot, rear wear faster
Vehicle: Subaru

EBC Brake pads

I'm running the EBC HH on the MT07, it's a much better pad than OEM, more braking power but still work well for everyday.

They took a while to really bed in properly but they are a very solid option.

Pros: more braking power, solid option
Cons: long bed-in time

If you’re not doing track days & the like then I’ve always gone with Detroit Axle’s products! Had them on my Off-Road/Mudding Durango, I’m about to change out my rear pads and rotors on my Accord with their stuff as well

Pros: good for off-road use

I got powerstop brakes and rotors but not exactly those. I'm mostly happy with them but they suck little bit when it's pretty hot with the Texas heat for me

Pros: mostly happy
Cons: suck in hot weather

Brembo Brake pads

So akebono also makes original mazda brake pads. You see the stamp on the box and brake pads it self. Brembo sucks for normal cars. Had brembo and with in a year less than 15k miles, they need to be replaced.

Cons: needs replacement quickly
Mileage: 15000 km
