I replaced mine last month after 143k 2013 f30

I still have the original BMW battery on my 2005 e46 sedan

my n55 project car is original from 2011, still haven’t changed it. shows zero signs of weakness

BMWs are super good on batteries. They seem to last 9 years or more even in the midwest with extreme cold.

I got a full ten years on mine. 2012 F30 320d that i've had from new, now got 85k miles.

If you actually worked at AutoZone and knew anything you know the duralast golds are decent.

Battery died around 50k miles.

I do worry about the battery and 3 years in my big battery died and thankfully I was in my garage. I shudder to think if it had happened on a freeway! Tesla gave me a new battery but I still think about it often.

The only time I had issues with my battery was the original one when it was on its death bed. But I remember needing to clean the posts a few times and it would start right up. Never was left with a check engine light but when it acted up it would do weird things here and there.
