They sent me fake photos of grovved rotors and broken breaks and were charging 1400$ I declined them about changing it then they removed all the photos and details in the report so they won’t get caught when I showed it to my other mechanic everything was fine.
They have replaced my rotors under warranty without me flagging a warranty request. I flagged the shudder and would have paid for brakes.
