I just replaced mine at 148k. Slow to crank for a while then would not engage 1 out of 10 starts or so. Spins right up now.
Reviews of OEM Honda parts For Business
Japan
sorry for a late update on the post, but starter was the issue.
Brakes and rotors are kinda easy.
Honestly the OEM pads are fantastic in this car, I’ve been told by the guy that runs the xgen autocross page that the oem ones are fine for most street and autocross applications.
I added in spark plugs and brake rotors and pads too since I was on factory brakes still. Brakes could have probably lasted another 15K miles but they’re 5 years old, lasted 100K miles
This is good to hear. While anything will be better than my 11 year old hazy Honda Fit headlights, the brighter LED’s will really help on our dark, rural, hilly roads.
Catalytic converter will sound like a rattling underneath the car towards the rear.
I have a 22 Si I recieved in April 22 and experience it. Dealer is going to replace the rack and motor but as mentioned they are on back order.
I will say, as an owner for a 2022 Civic Sport, my steering has been feeling a hair sticky while driving straight and if i touch the wheel it feels like it was stuck in that middle position. Not sure if I am showing early symptoms. I am at 4800 miles and it started around 3000. Will be taking it to the dealership soon but not sure if they will even tell what I'm talking about.
I once had the fuel pump fail in my CBR250RR... i bought an ebay pump, it lasted a month and broke. No biggy whatever... bought another one. It lasted 2 days... ordered a honda genuine for 10x the price and took a month to arrive... it lasted until the bike met its end on a diesel spin on a canyon road.
