From my experience with replacing Honda alternators, I always go OEM.

The clutch is light, the brakes feel solid, and the manual steering has a good, confident feel. The engine doesn't lug even if you bring it down to around idle speed, provided you're in the right gear.
Stop using cheap thermostats. Get an oem honda unit and it will last and work correctly.
Your temp gauge is reading low because your mechanic is not using an OEM Honda thermostat. An OEM thermostat is designed specifically for your engine and the car will warm up quickly and the temp gauge will sit at the 50 yard line in any weather.
Honda dealer just put in a OEM brand new one for 831 bucks. My warranty covered it. But that was the quoted price.
We replaced the aftermarket starter with an OEM Honda one and now it starts up quickly like it should.
Valve cover gasket 100%, then check wheel bearings, electrical for the speedometer because the lighting always gets fucked up.
I know it's pricey, but I would get a genuine Honda PS pump and fluid. in my experience with Honda, the aftermarket pumps don't last and they always whine. if you absolutely have to go through rockauto, I would get the edelmann pump.
Honda batteries suck in general, bought a brand new one from the dealer and it was dead and wouldn't take a charge lol. I was willing to pay the extra cash for oem because I thought it would be better. Nope,
The OEM wipers aren’t great but they’re easy to replace or maintain.
