My original water pump lasted 115,000 miles. I saw the fluid levels subside over the years, but never actual signs of a leak. Eventually, the leak became obvious enough to diagnose.
Volkswagen parts reviews
They were used for about 6 months, but I swapped back to the stock 17' classix OEM wheels as I was street parking in a city, wanted a more comfortable ride, and wanted cheaper tire replacements .
I might switch to liquimoly like a lot of ppl do but I’ve always stuck with the Castrol edge 5w-40, changing around 5k
I mostly use the 0W-40 full synthetic Mobil 1 "European" or w/e they call it. I change my oil every 5K miles, including filter (Mann).
I been using castrol 5w40 since I got the car new at 82 miles no issues. Sent my oil samples to blackstone for analysis and oil is really good even at 10k.
Motul 5w40 - shit is so good you can pour it over your salad.
The Bosch AP30U fits perfectly. In the box comes three adapters and one is for ID.3
Thermostat for Graf Aluminum Water Pump I have rebuilt my 09 Eos with this pump. It worked properly for the first week, then the thermostat started sticking partly open, resulting is slow warm up, but proper temperature after several miles.
I installed my Firestone 4176 bags. The problem with these airbag kits is the flexible airlines are surprisingly thin and flexible. I routed mine UP... with any movement its possible it gets kinked right there (and I am having problems with zero psi on one side, and unable to lower on the other- so in the midst of fiddling with it..)
I've used amsoil 5w40 European formula ir worked great for when it was a street car, switched to royal purple 5w-40 due to a recommendation and immediately regretted it, tons of blow by I didn't have before. Dumped the royal purple CRAP as soon as possible, just a few miles on it.
