Lexus parts reviews
I don't have much to add other than front brake calipers tend to seize (at least on trucks that have seen road salt), but replacements are cheap and super easy to DIY.
I usually put solite in my lx470, costs around 190 dhs and lasts a little more than a year. I am happy with it
I replaced the aging radiator in December. It went smoothly, everything came apart and went back together as the Toyota Gods intended.
Rockauto sells I believe Centric rotors which have good reviews on the various LS forums I've seen, and they're cheap!
Yes, if it was from an OEM supplier to Lexus or the auto industry, such as Denso (1/3 owned by Toyota/Lexus), AC Delco, or Bosch, but I would not buy a mystery brand, especially not a rebuilt, because I don't know how much they get rebuilt or tested.
I like exedy and I wouldn\u2019t run an XTD clutch but I figured the flywheel would be fine.
As an owner of two LS 400’s (1991 and 1996) I can say that I have never driven a more reliable car or had a car with less problems.
Other than routine maintenance and replacing tires when needed I didn’t have to do any repairs or had anything start to or go out on me.
I just purchased my 02 LS430 with 137k for $2600, needed just a brake master cylinder and was good to go.
i bought an is300 with aftermarket headlights and moisture seeped in within a week of me having them, not sure how long they were installed. Bought new ones, sealed them with silicone which I found out doesn’t work well, then used a black rubber type sealant and it’s been fine ever since.
