Eu recomand hankook winter icept rs3, pe ud (cum sunt majoritatea iernilor in ultimul timp) se comporta perfect
I got the Nokian wrg4 for my wife's 2001 Lexus rx300 and have been very impressed. Still less than 1000 miles on them though so can't speak for the longevity.
I used the Aisin kit. There was a thread on CL about how "the Aisin belt isn't the same standard, look the text on the original is still there but the new one rubbed off fast". Idk, I'd call BS on that, all the text on my belt was gone and it was serviced at a dealer.
I have SKF balljoints in my IS200, perfect fit and knowing SKF quality they will last a long time.
I ordered a new denso online then had a mobile mechanic come install it for me in my garage.
I recently changed a 22 year old timing belt with 230,000 miles from a Lexus gs 400
I was in a similar situation on my LS430. I saw the sticker under the hood that was done 130k miles prior to the current mileage. The belt was perfectly fine and had most likely been replaced since. If it’s a genuine Aisin/Toyota belt it’s probably still good. I’ve seen these go far and beyond 10yr/100k mile mark
I currently have OEM rotors and Brembo pads on the car. This bitch stops, but they’re the dustiest brakes i’ve ever had, and I only get about 7 months out of a front and rear set.
I would rebuild the struts with new KYB shocks and retain the OEM springs and buy new OEM mounts. I have had terrible luck with quickstruts in a Lexus.
