Lexus or Toyota OEM oil is pretty good and have used it in bunch of cars without any issues since last 8 years or so. Price and quality is consistent. It reduces the clickety clack of the engine and I noticed it most when one garage put wrong oil in the car.

Since you have a decent driveline the only modifcations I would do would be poly bushings for front and rear subframes
Stick with OEM pads and rotors. Also, while your there inspect the brake hoses for dry rot, because chances are... they're probably original. I let my mechanic change the brake lines to Stop-Tech stainless steel lines because I didn't trust the 20-year-old lines anymore and stopping power is somewhat improved!
I‘ve got a 2019 F Sport. Same color as yours. 105k miles. Still looks and drives amazing. Have had to replace nothing but filters, tires, rotors and brake pads.
I use OEM. Unless I vdecidfe to auto-cross or track it which is highly unlikely, then I would consider something else. Just know that if you are replacing with OEM and probably other brands too, the rotors are directional for cooling. It will say on the hat which side it goes on.
I've tried aftermarket brake gear and, although the aftermarkets were far from worn out, they squeaked and just had a non-smooth/grabby feel. Last year I sprang for an OEM set of rotors and pads and had an indie install them. It made a night and day difference in the overall smoothness of the car.
I did factory pads and shims and aftermarket rotors and I’m ok still but I don’t brake hard often 15k on parts so far
I LOVE my nx350h.i have had 1 issue with the windshield and the warranty. Basically a tiny tiny rock hit my windshield on a hwy trip. No visible damage but i remember it happening. 3 days later i come out and find a huge crack in the windshield where the rock hit, and even though i have the glass warranty Lexus wont cover it due to being over 6 inches AND its a known issue that their windshields tend to have issues.
I had a 2012 IS250, OE pads lasted me 13k miles.
I’ve had horrible experiences with different after market rotors on wife’s Lexus. Two different sets would warp bad after couple thousand miles. Went back to oem and no more problems.
