Yep. Mine went down too. Seems like 5 to 10%. But I love the tires. Very quiet. Do great in rain and snow.

Pros: very quiet, great in rain
Cons: mpg went down

Michelin city grips are elite and shouldn’t be in the same convo as the other two. They’re in a whole different bracket. Best tire you can get for the Navi hands down.

Pros: elite, best tire

I lost <10% mpg on my 2009 HiHy when I went to the CC2. I figure 2-3mpg less isn’t that terrible if you drill down on the math and the added safety and in my case improved stance/looks is worth the small cost difference.

Pros: added safety, improved stance
Cons: less mpg
Mileage: 5000 km

I had cross climate 2s in my previous vehicle and my van. I will be putting them on my Crosstrek as soon as the current tires wear out. They are pretty great tires.

Pros: pretty great tires

CrossClimate 2. Little bit louder in the cabin, but best winter rated non snow tire.

Pros: best winter rated
Cons: little bit louder

You can get Michelins without the sound deadening foam that are a bit cheaper, but I've heard mixed things about how much louder that makes the cabin

Pros: bit cheaper
Cons: louder cabin

Replaced all 4 tires about 2 years ago. Have only driven about 18,000 miles since then and already, my tread is down two just 2mm. This thing chews through tires like I’m in a NASCAR race.

Pros: car still drives great
Cons: chews through tires
Mileage: 83000 km
