RED LINE Gear oil

I use redline MT90.. it works great (But please read below.. there's more to this). Eliminates the notchyness and allows for quicker shifting at higher RPM.

Pros: works great, quicker shifting
Mileage: 60000 km

I love it, I noticed the difference right away. All the notchiness was gone or at least a lot less noticable after putting the mt90 in.

Pros: difference right away, less notchy

redline, GL-4, MT-90 but check with REDLINE apps for you car (MTL vs MT) . THis stuff is liquid ball bearings for the GERMAN car, doesn't work in Italian gearboxes though.

Pros: liquid ball bearings
Cons: doesn't work in Italian

VALVOLINE Gear oil

I like the Valvoline synthetic. I've tried Amsoil. It was ok, but not any better than Valvoline. BTW, Valvoline meets more specifications than Mobil 1, so I'd stick with Valvoline.

Pros: meets more specifications
Cons: Amsoil not better
Vehicle: Audi TT
