LIQUI MOLY is a high-quality, aftermarket supplier that I have personally used across a ton of makes and models. That gear oil is a GL4+ or GL4/5 spec hypoid gear oil, which is going to cover the vast majority of differentials and transmissions. (I use that in my VW GTI track car and 996 daily) - and I have always been happy with it.
That’s being said, I did a TON of reading on this and landed on using LiquiMoly 75w90 GL4+ and it has really helped with shifting.
I use the Liqui Moly Top Tec MTF 5400 (75w-90) in my focus st after running motul, ravenol, and others and so far it's the best feeling + has significantly quieted down my transmission (I have a lwfw and spec clutch + lsd)
