the only repair (covered under warranty) for the teslas has been a cracked control arm. Software has been pretty flawless. Drive train has been amazing. No battery issues (not even 12v for me). Everything just works over more total kms than i put on my jeeps.

I just had my front lower control arms + bushings replaced on my 2017 Forester two weeks ago. The vehicle was shaking pretty hard at highway speeds. 56k miles.
My finance ran over a brutal pothole, control arm, stabilizer bar, wheel knuckle , alignment and tie rod, today repairs with OEM parts, almost $7k with labor, I paid $30 in shop supplies.
There’s definitely a difference in the Moog CK vs RK parts. CK is their premium line. I put CK control arms on the wife’s Yukon and they have been fine.
I can vouch for delphi, only had their control arms for a few months but the fitment was perfect
Although I have heard Lemforder has taken a dip in quality, I just installed some of their control arms so we’ll see how they last.
I replaced the lower control arms in my 2016 Forester at 150k. The car would rumble at 75mph+ and that’s what caused me to replace them. If you don’t feel any rumbling, then you can hold off on replacing them.
I got the TRW M3 arms and they failed within 5000km. Clunking noise from the front all the time.
I couldn't recommend moog..... Unless you are going to sell the car in 5000 miles.
I threw away old OEM control arms and motor mounts on an 80s Toyota, replacing them with hot Chinese garbage (all that's available these days).
