Pentosin is a good, correct brand. CHF 11S is mineral based CHF 202 is synthetic. They are compatible with each other. You can use either one.

And do make sure you are using the proper Pentosin CHF-11S fluid or VW/Audi fluid. These cars are very sensitive to PS fluids. Using the wrong fluid, even to top up can ruin the seals in the rack.
Personally I only use Pentosin brand CHF11S.
As for gear oil I usually use Redline. For brake fluid I just use Ate SL4 Brake Fluid. PS steering fluid you can use regular ATF fluid or Pentosin CHF 11S Synthetic Hydraulic Fluid.
