I’d consider the Hankook Kinergy P737s. Great tread life, good for smaller vehicles and rated for 70 or 80k miles? First time I used Korean tires, solid performance in wet or dry.
I had them on my Mazda 3 with 45k miles and plenty of tread left.

The replacement itself isn't hard, I replace my 2019 Mazda 6 and 2019 cx9s it took about 1 hour. The dealership wanted $750 to do it.
I bought a well maintained 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback with 60k miles two years ago for $8500. I’ve done rear and front brakes, as well as a rear wheel bearing in that time.

Sava zimska guma, Mazda CX3, prošao sam svim neočišćenim ulicama metropole ćacistana, uzbrdo, po ravnom i nizbrdo, bez ikakvih problema. Samo polako i paželjivo
I did the depower and its hard to turn standing still but once you get moving I can one hand it even in a parking lot but I still use the factory wheels and steering wheel.
Yeah the headlights may be the single most replaced part on this car. Their reliability drags the rest of the vehicle down. At least it’s not powertrain.
Hybrid battery failure, cracked radiator, creaking lower control arms, and a significant number of recalls and software updates that require a dealer.
My brother and I both have/had 6 speed 2015 Mazda3 (me the hatchback, him the sedan), and both of us had terrible issues with the Mazda brand batteries.
If it is the skyactive-x be aware that the owners manual advises spark plug replacement at 40k miles and the Mazda plugs are \u00a340 each. I put aftermarket Bosch plugs in and it ran very lumpy and had to replace with Mazda ones.
