Leased 2024 PHEV top of the line for about $55k now with 30k miles…only issue was the Falken tires are shit and you’ll be replacing them early especially with a heavy battery in your vehicle. I paid $1,800 for Pirelli tires to replace them and they are amazing!
I’m at 42,000 miles on two of my factory Pirellis with no issues (2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from May 2024). The other two are about 20-ish,000 miles.
I mounted mine last November and have put about 40,000km on them and have nothing but great things to say. I skied in quebec pretty often and it was even able to tackle about half a foot of fresh snow like nothing.
Im at 28k and its still around 6-7/32 on Pirellis
Awesome in the slushy winter stuff we see in the Midwest. Way, WAY better than stocks in every conceivable respect- they're even more comfortable and quieter
I just mounted these on my wife’s Alltrack… not the most “performance” forward but quiet, safe, and plenty of grip..
Pirelli’s winter tires are great on dry days and occasional snow, but you will be better off with tires more suited for the heavy snow conditions in ski areas.
I don't necessarily think the tires are bad, however there are way better options available. I've not lost grip on mines, or had any trouble with it, but the Pirelli and Michelin tires are just better in my opinion.
Pirelli tires are the worst. I had the original one on my meccedes c300. We were deiving in the mountains and went over a stone at about 30-40 mph speed. Th driver side tires shredded like they were made of cheap plastic.
I had the same problem with the same tires (Pirelli Scorpion MX, 3 month old). Discount tiers did the patch for free as always.
The next day I got the low air pressure error in the tire again. It turned out that the tire had deflated by 4 psi.
