Brake pads Akebono or Ferodo
My go to pad and rotor combo has always been Akebono ASP pads which are GG rated paired with Centric blank rotors. It handles high heat very well.
Akebono. They're factory on a lot of Hondas anyways. You can get them off of Amazon for about the same price as the premium pads at the auto parts store.
I love the Ferodo DS 1.11 that I use on my M4. They're noisy and the dust is epic but they're totally fine to drive to and from the track. I've used them at a few track days at California Speedway, they're wearing really well, and I've never had even the slightest fade.
I've had excellent luck with Akebono ProACt Ceramic pads. Akebono ceramics are quiet, low dust, good initial bite and long life.
Akebono Euro pads have mostly highway miles and no track, autocross, launching etc. Balanced perfectly with no damage flats etc.
I have Akebono ceramic pads on my Volvo, haven't really had a chance for any super spirited driving but they handle regular driving well and are fairly quite and dust free.
I installed Akebonos on my 2012 Mata and was happy with them.

I got some akebono pads for my front brakes after scotty kilmer talked praise about them in a bunch of his videos.
Its been ~8 months and theyre still working great without much brake dust.
On any modern BMW model those pads make the pedal noticeably softer, to the point where it almost feels like air in the lines. I've swapped many sets out due to clients being unhappy with the feel. Works fine on older ones though.
