I have slotted Brembo rear rotors (stock size) to match my slotted Stoptechs in the front. I running them with Mintex pads. So far so good, no rust or wear problems.

Pros: no rust or wear

ATE Brake discs

I have ATE powerdiscs on front and Zimmerman Xdrilled on rear. They both rust. I haven't had any problems yet with warping on either but I installed them about 2-3 monthes ago. I've heard that the Xdrilled can begin cracking around the holes so I'm watching out for this. So far I'm happy with the setup. I also have the mintex redbox pads. Slightly better than OEM and a whole lot less messy. My rims don't collect much dust anymore.

Pros: Slightly better than OEM, less messy
Cons: can begin cracking

ATE Brake discs

You can change to vented 9.4's; without changing the calipers! Just get vented rotors and the corresponding pads. The rotors are no different. Adirondack does a Mintex Red Box pads/ATE PowerDisc package - 2 rotors & a set of pads, $84.00.

Pros: vented rotors, better braking
