I've had good luck with Pilkington.

they put OEM in yesterday (9/4) and fixed the issues.

I opted for OEM replacement glass to ensure nothing fucky happened to Blue Cruise and related features. The Safelite tech will recalibrate the sensors when done to ensure everything functions as expected. Overall, installation was quick and I'm going on over a year with the new windshield and it's been no trouble.

2018 BMW F30 318d: Fragile windshields? We’re on the 3rd one already. Oil filter housing was replaced at 125k km due to a cracked coolant passage. OEM unit was plastic and was replaced with a metal one. Wheel speed sensors have been replaced twice already.

The cx50 windshield sucks. I got a chip in the first month of owning it too.

I also had to replace mine after 1 year due to major cracks.
