We put the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 on the Ioniq 5. Great tire, combines good handling with a smooth quiet ride. I think the Continentals will be slightly more comfortable. Michelin Defenders would be my 3rd choice just based on price. Newer Michelins haven't wowed me in general, and they are ridiculously priced. Competing Pirellis and Continentals are usually cheaper and give you comparable performance.

Not an apples to apples comparison per se, but we have a set of Michelin Defender LTXs on our '24 Sierra. Absolutely love them due to low noise, good comfort, great handling in dry/wet/light snow. Like them so much, had them switched over from our previous Silverado as we did not want the OEM Dunlops. No regrets.
Michelin Cross Climate 2 are rated to last like 50000 Kms or so. Grippy and fairly quiet.
We have these (T+H) on the Rav4. No complaints. Quiet, good in the rain, comfy, inexpensive when on sale. Tread life isn't 80k or whatever the warranty number is, not by a long shot, but what tire ever hits that? They'll need replacing around 55-60k, at which point I'll get the Defender 2.
I currently have Firestone LE3's on my 14 Explorer. They have a little over 26k miles on them. 255/50/20's for $930 mounted/balanced back in 2021. Overall pretty good tires, especially for the money. Smooth, good traction in the dry/wet and pretty good in the snow. They did seem to get louder fairly quickly, but I don't think they've really gotten any worse over the last 15k miles. Wet roads seem to exacerbate the noise. Last time I looked at them (few k miles ago), they were wearing really well. I can't say I'd buy them again yet, but if they get us another 26k miles without getting significantly louder, they (or their successor) would be on the list. In the past I had OE Hankooks (good dry/wet, excellent life, absolutely terrible in the snow) and Michelin Premier LTX (good in all conditions, short life, overpriced for what they were).
I've had Goodyear EfficientGrip on my 1.8 Civic for 20k miles and 3 years. There is still about 5mm of tread on them too...
I have a set on the Audi. I run them all year round. They are great IMHO. Michelin CrossClimate 2
I've used both tires. The Pirellis came oem on my Audi. I swapped them fir the Michelins. Ride comfort and handling made the Michelins the clear cut winner.
I am getting a set of Vredestein Quatrac Pro+ fitted on my MY24PPP today. Will Report back as well!
Win run tyres are fkn terrible. You'll be lucky to get 20k out of em
