I just changed all four NGK platinum spark plugs on my soul. My car’s driving good. No engine skips.

Toyota Corolla (2017) gets 30/36 mpg and cost $13K with 80K miles on it. Insurance $100/month for maximum coverage. I have had it since 2019 and have never had any maintenance except spark plugs (once), battery (once) and tires (once), and oil changes. So I have spent maybe $1000 on maintenance in 6 years.
I bought 4 new NGK plugs (part #92411). Installed them and it ran perfect.
I use a Brisk n17yc.
For iridium spark plug. Do NOT gap them. I have bosch double iridium spark plugs and over 120K miles now. Still goes strong.
My car has Bosch Double Iridium spark plugs. Over 120K miles now still go strong.
Year ago I bought 2018 R3 for track, for maintanence purposes ive changed spark plugs then, for CR8E obviously because everywhere in Internet and service manuals it says so. Also i took out of this engine used CR8E so everything was fine. Now, funny thing is Im now in process of rebuilding this engine and after taking off engine head realised that spark plug is too short and i was like wtf?!… So for everyone who has at least 2018 R3, go for LMAR8A-9, too short spark plug will
work obviously, I did 3000kms this year on track, but this may affect performance…
The factory spark plugs are honestly shit in terms of longevity.
I just got some fakes with the EAC logo on the box and the accurate Japan stamp with the line under the p. I could tell they were fake just by looking at the poorly machined threads, let alone the crooked ground electrode that looks like it is made out of casted tin lol.
