Geely Coolray owner. 1.5 years. So far so good. Quality and tech wise I would say na sulit na sa price point niya compared to Japanese cars with same price point. Nagkaroon na rin ako ng problema regarding fuel pump, pero hindi siya yung bigla nalang nasira tulad nung kumalat sa SocMed. Nasira siya dahil sa contaminated fuel.

Pros: sulit sa price point
Cons: contaminated fuel problem
Vehicle: Geely

OEM Honda Fuel pump

Bought a fuel pump on the way in and swaped it in at the camp site, with a Leatherman lol. Drove great for 2 hours on the way home and started sputtering, eventually died. I was literally middle of nowhere. 1.5 hours from nearest town. Thought it out and maybe the fuel filter was clogged? Had a Haynes manual and located a second filter. Pulled it and found a Bic pen in the car. Took edge end off and the ink cartridge out. Put the plastic tube in line where the filter was and the thing flew the whole way home.

Pros: thing flew whole way home
Cons: started sputtering, eventually died
Vehicle: Honda Accord

DELPHI Fuel pump

I've come across another option and I was not convinced until Advance Auto actually delivered it and it fit the stock (NA 2+0) assembly. Let me present to you the Delphi FE0161 pump and sock... Yes, it comes with the rubber shell and mounting ears, plus the pickup hose and sock as shown... And my 300ZX is back to a smooth idle and no hiccups on acceleration. Backstory is I had tried an aftermarket generic pump and modified the assembly to fit, but it lasted just two years (<2000 miles) and died.

Pros: fits stock assembly, smooth idle, no hiccups
Vehicle: Nissan
Part number: FE0161

AIRTEX Fuel pump

If you can go with Airtex, they’re the original manufacture of the motorcraft part. Literally the same part for much less when I replaced mine.

Pros: same part, less expensive

Bosch Fuel pump

I had this problem for well over a year, then my fuel pump died. Installed a Bosch because I felt the stalling problem, after lots of research, could be due to faulty pumps ..even new ones. The car didn't stall again under 1/4 tank for many months until all of a sudden, it did it again ..a few times.

Pros: no stalling for many months
Cons: stalling returned

WALBRO Fuel pump

I have a high flow Walbro unit that I regret installing because of the constant noise it makes. Unless you need to support super high HP numbers with a modded engine, go with an OEM fuel pump. I will just have to live with my loud pump because it is way too much work to drop that tank again!

Cons: constant noise, loud pump
