MOTUL Engine oil

Did switched my D400 to Motul 7100 4T 10W-50 @ 8K kms but in a non Bajaj service center.

Difference that I notice:

Engine looks a bit refined and smoother at high speeds or cruising above 70.

Pros: refined and smoother engine
Cons: no cons so far
Mileage: 8000 km

I switched to Valvoline last oil changed and really like it. Feels more lively than when I changed it in the past (typically use dealer recommended Castro).

Pros: feels more lively

Rating 4.0

I bought the best 10w40 full synth ester available on my market (best lubrication according to tests among hundreds of oils) - Eurol Sportbike 4t 10w40, and will change it next week to see if the shifting sound and smoothness improves vs. motul 5100 10w30 that I currently am using.

Pros: best lubrication according tests
Vehicle: Honda
Mileage: 8000 km

MOTUL Engine oil

On my newer engines that are modified I use motul, older high performance flat tappet engine I use rotella or equivalent. On my daily commuter I use castrol.

Mobil Engine oil

Good old fashioned Mobil 1 for me. It wasn’t available during the pandemic so I used Valvoline Synthetic for a couple of years.

Pros: good old fashioned

MOTUL Engine oil

I do have slight oil loss but I also track my car several times a year so it's to be expected. Recently switched to 5w-40 motul so we'll see how that does.

Cons: slight oil loss
Vehicle: Volkswagen
