As far as cheap goes, Standard is pretty good.
Pros: pretty good, cheap
I've been using standard "extended life" parts store coolant in my Z3 for three years. No issues.
Pros: no issues, extended life

They do fit but I'm not sure if they are any better than standard ones. Didn't drive enough to notice any difference.

I went through two sets of new injectors from Standard and even now I get a hard start when warm so think I'll have to warranty the injectors a third time. It ran great and I thought got my misfires but they are slowly coming back in the first 2K miles.
