Why did you get a higher amperage alternator? Did you sort out where the power drain was coming from before getting the new alt. Is the battery ok?

I had a bad experience with the replacement of the windshield on my former MB S212: First an OEM glass was used and I lost the lane keeping assist. It worked again after an original MB glass was installed.

I found that it works best with fragrance oils. Tried to refill it with my Chanel but it didn't work too well lol

I drive a 1990. If the ac is on when I turn the car in, it takes significantly more effort to get to idle. The ac compressor runs off a belt and the extra load at start up those things off.
