I had to change my lower control arm and outer tie rod due to wobble when driving. Nissan quoted me around $3k for all of it. I got it done for $280 (all 4 parts) plus $140 for alignment. I watched a few youtube videos and borrowed some tools. After almost a day, I got it done. Car drives really well now.

Sensor. Had a Nissan doing some crazy stuff, we replaced a control arm that had a sensor in it. That brand didnt play nice. It would lock up every time we tried to turn. I replaced it again with a different brand and all the problems nvr came back
Front lower control arms need to be changed because of worn ball joints around 60k miles/ 100k Kms
Part suggestion: Nissan OEM
How to tell? You will feel a popping while steering and hear it, your steering will also be sloppier in the direction where the ball joint is failing.
