so far I've got are H&R sport springs and Bilstein B8 shocks/struts
Best Shock absorbers for Volkswagen Golf
H&R sport springs 40mm, Bilstein B8s.
I swapped in Bilstein B8 shocks, now it looks great and the ride is great too.
I just got four replacement bilstein b4s for my 2015 Golf from rock auto they were $301 shipped. Sure they aren’t the cheapest but it’s still reasonable and you get a lifetime warranty.
Bilstein B8s
H&R sport springs 40mm, Bilstein B8s.
Amateurs. I run Bilstein B8's with H&R OE sport springs + 034 solid RSB. About an inch drop with much better damping. I personally still drive it like I stole it with a grin the whole time.
On my 2019 GSW 4 Motion, I’m running Golf R springs F & R, Golf R RSB, and B4. With Continental Extreme DWS on 18” wheels, the ride, turn-in, and overall handling are very reminiscent of my Gen VI GTI.
Installed used OEM AWD Tig springs/shocks Upgraded to Koni Yellow Tig shocks Installed SuperPro control arm bushings/brackets to bring alignment into spec and hopefully help with high speed steering vagueness
Ich habe beim Golf 4 in der Familie Stark Stoßdämpfer verbaut und gammeln nach zwei Jahren.
