I used to use Mobil 1 (European formula) and was a good oil as well but when I switched to liqui moly the engine in that gti was running so much smoother so that’s why I only used liqui moly in my R as well

I have the projected NGKs and they work great.

I run these on my stage 2 2019. Runs great. Like zero knock. Sometimes idle seems a bit less smooth when engine really hot but tach holds dead steady. Ran a set for 5k, inspected and put back in for another 5k then replaced with a fresh set and have another 2k on the new set.

Fuel filter would be my initial guess. Or maybe your air filter is so filthy that engine cannot suck air through it. So, check air filter first (filthy/not filthy) and if it is not that filthy, proceed with fuel filter.

The motor was in good shape but I replaced the timing chains anyway. The rails were actually in good condition but nice to have the piece of mind.

just as i hoped my front rotors were warped. new oe ones solved my problem now no shaking from the front.

Had my '18 R since May '18 and still on original battery, 25 mile commute to work each way about 1/2 hwy . At 57,000 miles.

I took the Bosch idle control valve off it and replaced it with the Dacia one it started instantly but with the same idling problem.

The sole purpose of low resistance Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus tires is to float due to super firm carcass. These tires are terrible in dry and scary in wet.
