I am running 235/40 R18 Michelin PSS with Neuspeed RSe 10s 18x8.5 for my summers. I am also lowered on Bilstein coils with no fitment problems.

Spring is commin so i made service of my "R" oil Millers XF 5W40 + with oil filter Mann'a new oil filter cover - old one broke during disassembing
It is pretty good with snow tires. Sometimes I disable ASR AND ESC so the car under steers less. But it is a huge improvement over my MK VI with snows.
SLVRon got back to me (guy who had the steering replaced under warranty) Yes, I had the steering rack replaced about a month ago and that seems to have resolved the issue.
Looks like the guy on the other thread had steering stuff replaced by the dealer.
but I bought the ECS Oil Kit for the MK7 that includes O-Ring, OEM Filter, Plastic drain plug and Motul oil and it was $55-60 I think.
I personally love it and it works very well. Tires are Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 225/40ZR18
K&N Filter Replacement
I've had them on my car a few months , I had to had a shim yo clear my rotors between caliper and bracket the rubbed his enough to annoy me and the peddle feels sponge but I also have stock brakes lines which expand and also haven't bleed my system completely plus i have a leaky master cylinder... So yes they work for me..
I have a 99.5 vr6 2.8 afp and missing a alternator ground i think I am getting 20 intermittent ground fault codes and the kid i bought the car from had a alternator put in.
