if the car isn’t stock and has been tuned, you’ll want to follow the recommendations of your tuner/just put NGKs in it.

FEDERAL Tires

I am running the Federal Himalaya Iceo. Ran them last winter and had no issues at all , daily driven and even used for work. Bought them from Town Fair Tire and I would recommend them to others.

Pros: no issues at all

DUNLOP Tires

Dude the stock dunlop's can't even handle muddy roads. I live down a really long one and turning out of my driveway onto the road always made the front tires spin and the diff lock up weird.

Changed over to as3+'s and it's never been better.

Pros: never been better
Cons: can't handle muddy roads
Vehicle: Subaru

K&N Cabin filter

Treat yourself to a washable K&N Cabin Filter. The filter and cleaning kit quickly pay for themselves. I clean mine every 6 months just cause.

Pros: washable, pays for itself

  • Mounting convenience:
  • Appearance:
Rating 3.0

My Outback rails while useful & practical (although not visually appealing) are a bit flimsy. My 85lb fishing kayak on top of them and there is a significant bow in the center part of the crossbars.

Pros: useful and practical
Cons: rails are flimsy
Vehicle: Subaru Outback

DAYCO Timing belt kit

I had a Dayco belt kit done on mine and after a year the belt started rubbing against the timing cover causing an RPM whine. Ended up switching to OEM from another shop and that's since resolved my issues.

Cons: belt rubbing, RPM whine
Vehicle: Subaru Impreza WRX
