I really liked the KYB's that I put on my Miata, but I paired them with a nice set of springs. But they were stiff man, there's a reason people say that the brand name stands for "Kill Your Back"
Mazda parts reviews
I live in MN and switched out OEM ecopias on my '17 Mazda to some michelin cross climate+'s and absolutely love them! Drove thru a blizzard with them and thing handled beautifully on unplowed roads!
Continental dws06 is the way to go. I put them on my
3 and love them.
I just put the Continental DWS06 Plus on my 3 hatch and took them on a long trip. Definitely inspired more confidence than the original Toyos I had on the car. Takes a corner nicely. ;) Think road noise is less as well.
On my recent rear brake job on the Mazda5 I ordered Bosch pads through Amazon. They seem to be doing the job and I have no complaints.
If you want something more laid back like tires that should have come from the factory except actually good, it's the Vredestein. More of a cruising tire, really.
I just put the a/s 4s on my turbo. They’re perfect so far, no noisier than the stock tires. Car handles even better now, and I loved how it handled off the lot.
I'm running Bridgestone re71r on my daily driver. Even with the low power and light weight I'm already down to 5/32 out of 8 after 4 months.
I have them on my 2014... They do nothing for lighting - you can barely notice if they're on.
I had a decent experience with rainX wipers, but they got streaky very fast even if they didn’t fail completely too quickly. They just pissed me off for months until I changed them.
