My last vehicle was an RX350 which I had for 14 years with 115,000 miles before trading it in and had zero leaks. I flushed/replaced the coolant at 100,000.

Mann filters are excellent.
Stick with OEM pads and rotors. Also, while your there inspect the brake hoses for dry rot, because chances are... they're probably original. I let my mechanic change the brake lines to Stop-Tech stainless steel lines because I didn't trust the 20-year-old lines anymore and stopping power is somewhat improved!
I personally prefer OEM, but I was at a Lexus dealership for 9 years that used Valvoline and never seen it cause an issue
I‘ve got a 2019 F Sport. Same color as yours. 105k miles. Still looks and drives amazing. Have had to replace nothing but filters, tires, rotors and brake pads.
I went with Akebono on our 3IS, good wear life, very little dust, they seem to perform well in all situations. I’ve had them on the front for 120k miles (I think the first set lasted almost 100k, replaced with the same), and about 20k on the rears.
For pads I'm going powerstop z26, good reviews on these and least dusty of the performance ceramic pad options from what people are saying. For rotors I'm going advics high carbon blanks. I've used slotted, drilled/dimples and rotors with both and I've always had cracking or warping issues over time. While they don't look as cool all I care is longevity for a daily driver and I don't planing to track my IS lol.
I use OEM. Unless I vdecidfe to auto-cross or track it which is highly unlikely, then I would consider something else. Just know that if you are replacing with OEM and probably other brands too, the rotors are directional for cooling. It will say on the hat which side it goes on.
I did the Alternator on my ES350 (same 2GRFE engine) and it sucked. It was my first major repair project and took almost all day for me.
I have a 2021 Lexus ux, my windshield was cracked so I went to dealership to replace the windshield. They installed the aftermarket windshield which XYG.
