I have the stock Conti EcoContact6 and they’re pretty good even in the wet. It takes deliberately poor driving to even come close to breaking the back end loose.
BYD parts reviews
Mines too has the stock contis, and you can go full send in the wet and between the tyre and traction control, no wheel spin (unless you chase after it by turning etc)
I have a seal premium, live in a very wet tropical climate, drive in only sport mode, and with the stock continental's I find the car to be very sticky even in the wet it takes a deliberate movement to get the back end loose.
The OEM tire is extreamly good! The first batch of BYD seal comes with Continential SC7. Its performance is close to PS4 and better than PS4 on wet days. I strongly recommend it. Though it costs more and tread wear fast, still worth it!
The factory installed OEM dash cam in my 2022 ATTO3 is actually pretty good and it's always working so it's set and forget.
Swapped out thr tires recently to 205/55/16 from thr standard ling longs to lassa revola tires.
Giti is an okay brand of tire but personally, I will switch to Michelins once the OEM tires need replacing. And even then EV tires will need more constant replacements because of the extra weight.
I don't expect it will get much better. I get around 320km driving mostly on highways at 105km/h.
The Winrun R330 has achieved mixed results in tests, particularly showing weak performance in wet conditions with longer braking distances and unsafe handling. In dry conditions, the handling is better, but the performance remains behind well-known competitors. For price-conscious drivers with low performance requirements, it can be an option, but it is generally not recommended due to its safety weaknesses.
Worse stock tire -> we've got Continental EcoContact 6.
