First time all went well, they put oem glass in and it was fast and looked great.
They replaced the windshield on my 03 Mach 1 and it looks perfect.
They installed factory glass perfectly on my Mustang. Was honestly one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had with any company
My 07 had OEM replacement done 12 years ago and it’s still great. Zero leaks.
I had the same issue with the oem windshield on my wife's 2014 Ford Escape. From the drivers side the blurr was so bad it made my head hurt.
This car (or Hyundai) windshields are weak.
Ford OEM glass is thin and breaks easy. The sound proof glass or whatever they make. It’s thinner layer so it’s more brittle. More sound material less glass material. I put two OEM in my truck before I finally had enough and just went aftermarket.
I’ve already had to replace the windshield twice since then. The first had a small chip on the edge of the glass and it spread before we even got home. The second happened from a chip that was about 3” above the edge below the windshield wiper. The latter we had filled as safelight, and it spread about a week later.
The new Hyundai windshields are kinda terrible and crack very easily from what I have seen and heard, so honestly you would probably be better off going aftermarket anyways
Replaced it with OEM ford windshield and was done in a few hours. Got a chip on the way to snow and by the first night it started cracking across middle of vision. Windshield was exact OEM match. Even had the 75 yr sticker lol.
