I am a huge fan of my BF Goodrich ko2. The rigid sidewall helps with the rear end sway and load stability and the higher PSI reduces temperature from the sidewall under load as well. They have been excellent on-road, off-road, and snow. The only thing I will say is that at higher pressure in the tire I feel everything on the road.
I’ve posted my fastest times with A052s and they lasted longer than all others except RS4s.
AD09 are a good track tyre that is fine on the street. Didn't notice any degradation in noise or comfort compared to street tyres.
Both Bridgestone and Yokohama make 225/50-15s, which should work well on your wheels, too.
I got a Full set of Yoko A052's for $100, and a Full set of RE71r's for $100.
I've driven them on a mod car, but hadn't driven said car on anything else.
I know I'm way late to the party but I'd go with the Falkens, I had a set of KO2s on my TJ and they where an absolute bitch to get balanced and caused a ton of vibration between 60 and 65 mph
The BF Goodrich MT/TA 255/75 R17 are the original tires on my JEEP Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock which has only 24,000 easy miles on it. I have never been off road. At 24k miles they are badly worn and cupping and the noise has become unbearable.
