Tires Toyo or Tesla

My Toyo Proxes R1R’s. Only 200TW I’ve ever had, and I got them for an insanely great deal. Once I use them up I’ll eventually upgrade to better tires, but they’re simply my favorite because they’re the one’s I’ve got! Work well for my car and that’s all I can say.

I run 275/65r18 Toyo R/T just fine with no rubbing unless it’s at a awkward sharp turn on a steep hill

So I upgraded to new wheels and tires. I had the stock wheels and some el cheapo Chinese HiFly tires. Now I've got JR11 15 inch wheels and Toyo Proxes TR1 205/50. The car sticks to the road and is much quieter. I've much more confidence in the car and it's driving behavior is awesome right now.

If I could find these tires again id buy them, i have them on a 09 impala and used them for more than two years and had better than normal wear, my summer tires last half these winter tires.

Late last year Toyo had a special running at my local Firestone store. My company told me how much I could spend. With the special I could afford tires I wouldn't have even looked at before. I tell you what. My little CX5 rode as good if not better than my Large Acura MDX. It's so smooth and quiet it threw me off the first long trip I took. I've had them for 5 months/25k miles and they feel as good now as they did when I bought them.

I seem to be getting around 45,000km per set of tyres on my Model 3 Performance.

R888r actually heat okay. They're just ancient and overpriced. Their wear life is horrible. They're noisy.

My MYP went 12k before replacement
