Tires Toyo or Giti

We just wrapped up our tire test showdown as we put six leading touring tires to the ultimate performance test across all conditions.

Wondering how tires like Giti Control P10, Michelin Primacy 4 ST, and others performed on a BMW F30.

I've slashed sidewalls and upgraded to thicker sidewalls (Toyo AT 2), never encountered a sidewall puncture after that.

Replaced the stock Goodyears with a set of Toyo Open Country H/T II. Best value and quietest highway truck tire I’ve owned. Also, I noticed my fuel economy went up about 1 mpg vs the Goodyears.

I’ve got the Giti tires that were “developed” with VW and I’ve gotten over 60k with mine. Granted they are about to the wear bars now and need replacing.

Toyo makes some of the best tires out there and their GSI-5 snow tires are the best snow tires on the market.

I have toyo open country AT3s and absolutely love them.

For the last year and a half I have had toyo AT3s and I like them. They are not too loud, they work alright on ice (with weight) and seem to work well in mud, snow and rain.

Been through a few mild winter weather snow storms on the factory Toyos. They're ok but far from confidence inspiring on any kind of hill. Even getting up my driveway was a challenge.

I run Open Country 3's on my truck, and these tires are just too loud. They do not like the Arizona freeways, highways, and any asphalt road. When I do get on dirt, it is best, but there are too damn loud in my book.

I hated them on the base Turbo hatchback I had previously. Grip was awful in the rain once temperatures dropped.
